Victor Management was founded by Lionel Victor. Lionel started his career in Gibraltar in 1983 and worked both on building sites and in consultancy as a Civil and Structural Engineer. Lionel moved to France in 1991 to further his studies and specialize in property investments and the building industry and then stayed in France and worked as Project Manager for Gaz de France. He became Head of the Building and Civil Engineering Department for this company in 1996. Lionel brought his management experience and expertise to Southern Spain, Gibraltar and Morocco in 2000 after an extensive international career. His knowledge of the building industry has successfully prepared him to lead his project management and investment consultancy team.

Presently Lionel and his team are specialized as project managers and investments consultants in Southern Spain, Gibraltar and Morocco.

mr gerald victor

Gerald Victor is also involved in the marketing and investments coordination for the Lares team. Before joining Lares, Gerald was the managing director to a major international logistics group servicing the construction industry in Gibraltar, Spain and UK. His knowledge in international procurement and business management gave him a solid background to initiate his career in the property development and construction industry. Gerald joined the Lares group in 2006 initially as Senior Project Manager successfully completing several high end properties. Gerald is also Managing Director and on-site coordinator for the construction management company Lares Development SL.
